The year 2011 has arrived. A herd of freakin' horrible creditors. are rushing from the foreign provinces. Crime rate skyrocketed! Chaoshan is ruined! Is that weird? The government has no regulations not to call Shuiya of the "Gan Si Ban" for the massacre of the provincials. Shuiya is a professional robber. Wipe out all 2.3 of the provincials! However, in foreign provinces, there was a secret project in progress! A project to transform the deceased Liang Chi Chao into an ultimate weapon!
